Can you? Can you wipe out that much red? Drakoff’s daughter, Sao Paulo, the hospital fire. Barton told me everything. Your ledger is dripping, it’s gushing red, and you think saving a man no more virtuous than yourself will change anything? This is the basest sentimentality. This is a child’s prayer, pathetic. You lie and kill in the service of liars and killers. You pretend to be separate, to have your own code, something that makes up for the horrors. But they are part of you and they will never go away. I won’t touch Barton. Not until I make him kill you, slowly, intimately, in every way he knows you fear. And then he’ll wake just long enough to see his good work. And when he screams, I’ll split his skull. This is my bargain, you mewling quim!

I sort of hated seeing these things and not seeing my name on them—but then I got over myself and saw the joy in doing them and sharing just how much I actually really ENJOY these people and their blogs. :)
just a few of the HUNDREDS (yes, really really, I am over 200+ following) blogs I follow. these ones happen to make me smile quite a bit when they show up (and then dominate) my dash for hours at a time
“By not trying to [top it]. By being smaller. More personal, more painful. By being the next thing that should happen to these characters, and not just a rehash of what seemed to work the first time. By having a theme that is completely fresh and organic to itself. I want to know what makes them tick, what makes them flawed, what makes them fight — and ultimately, what makes them awesome. I go to these movies for those moments when the heroes define themselves, either through action or deliciously overwritten speeches.”—
